This is Maggie's Favorite song. She falls asleep listening to it over and over again. It has become a staple on All my playlists for her. I am biased sense he is my friend and I personally love his music but This song is so 'beautiful' in the true sense of the word and the lines from the scripture of St. Timothy - I have fought the fought, I have finished the Race, I have kept the faith - remembering that and praying those words help me through my day and Mags too - I believe.

Oilily Model

I know every parent thinks their child is 

the most beautiful, the smartest, the 'fill in the blank'...

And I know I'm biased but come on, Is this not one beautiful little girl?

With her snazzy fancy clothes and abundant hair it's no wonder everyone seems to be smitten with her - (And soon she will be a cover model for the Diocese Baptism article) 
These looks have to be credited to Granny Kelly - and her love of Oilily clothes and what about those shoes you ask yourself? Oh yes they are pink converse with princess ribbon laces and pink and silver rhinestones in the shape of a tiara on the toe :) 
And that hair - No Wig Ladies and Gentlemen ! It's just that pretty - most adult women would kill for volume and length like Maggie's. And don't forget that color!

We're going to the Zoo, zoo, zoo

Maggie and Animals they just go together like ying and yang.

The Minnesota Zoo is actually not too shabby. A lovely spread of saltwater and freshwater aquariums. Maggie was captivated by all the fish, probably a little envious she wasn't in the water with them. Andy true to form, was pointing out every 'Finding Nemo' Character. It made me think about every fish tank at every doctor's appointment and in every therapy facility and you know what they all have in common?  clown fish - ah the power of Disney 

This Tiger was about 5 ft from us - he was so beautiful. I said "Maggie, that's a really big Kitty Cat" she was so excited if their hadn't have been a glass panel she would have tried to hug him.

Oh Andy - Without being asked, without complaint Andy would slide through the crowds and have Maggie in hand so that she could get a better view and if that meant sitting down and putting Maggie in his lap that's what he did! And it really paid off at the Bear's habitat, they both had a wonderful view of the bear.

This bear was such a showoff, a complete zoo ham. You could tell he was the Paris Hilton of the Zoo. When a flash went off he was right their turning his head to pose. It was unbelievable how photo-happy this bear was.  But he was so adorable swimming around just inches away from us, He turned his head towards us every time Maggie would laugh he was fascinated by her

Makes me want to go to the zoo again .

Oh Trampoline !

First Trampoline injury of the year - very little blood

A few years ago I had an incident with a Trampoline - The Trampoline Won - I lost with a few stitches and a lovely scar to remind me.

But aside from that - who knew jumping was so much fun? 

Andy and Mags jumping their little hearts out - Thankfully not literally (that's a lot of 'lly')

They really do love playing together, watching TV together (Andy confessed that he does learn new things from Little Ensteins) pretty much everything one does the other will do -

What goes up must come down - That's right I paid attention in physic's class 

Seriously best money spent this year.

1. I have wanted an iPhone and had to opportunity to get myself one. I thought no one would be more happy for me than Andy. When I showed him my new toy his response was a sad look followed by " I wanted to get you the iPhone because I knew you wanted it. Can I still get you Rock Band for Christmas?"

2. I was preparing dinner and joking around with Andy when I asked him "what are you going to do when Maggie has a boyfriend?"

His response was classic overprotecting man

"I'll probably kick him in the nuts" pause....."cause he's not good enough"

3. He was worried about Maggie while he's away for the weekend in Philadelphia 

(he'll be gone for 3 days, she'll survive but I know when he returns the first thing he'll do is find Maggie and play with her)

Exciting Holy Week

Good Friday pre-Easter surprise

Alas all holidays are marketed around chocolate .... 

My brothers have become creative in what they get me instead of chocolate eggs or bunnies. Their Brilliant idea - An Edward poster for my office :) You have to love men secure enough to know giving a girl what see wants will make her love you even more 

This past week my phone was forcefully thrown into the toilet resulting in high pitch hissing sounds and water marked gray screen, rendering it USELESS!! 

So...... I felt at this joyous season of Easter I should complete my extended family and have the Apple fairy visit

New iPhone baby!  

Yes now while my iPod charges it can converse with it's cousin iPhone all linked together with head of house Macbook talking about who holds the biggest itunes collection or whatever apple products talk about while I'm not looking

Twilight

I am sorry I have been MIA the past week. It all started innocently enough, I bought a movie. After watching and everyone saying "read the book" I went out and bought the book. No one told me it was addicting (Hello it's Lent!)

SO..... week later, all 4 books read and wishing there was more......
